After graduating the Waseda University, Kishi worked at Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings, Inc. and has involved in establishing the live house Akasaka BLITZ and entertainment zone Akasaka Sacas during his 20 years of career in radio, music and event production.

Founded Art Tokyo Association in 2015 and becomes its Representative Director.

Kishi is managing the Art Fair Tokyo as Executive Producer since 2015.
