GOMA’s Solo Exhibition “The World of Light” is now held at GYRE Gallery (Tokyo)

GOMA was an active dijurido player in Japan and overseas before he had a traffic accident and stopped his activity due to Higher brain Dysfunction in 2009. Only 2 days after the accident, he somehow started to paint elaborate pointillist paintings. His paintings depict the world full of hopes which he saw when he fainted because of aftereffects of the accident. He named it “The World of Light”, which became the title of this exhibition. GOMA, who now restarted his career as a dijurido player, exhibits and sells 50 works including videos and sound installations in this exhibition. All the music played in the venue are GOMA’s work which he wrote for this exhibition and are going to be released as a solo album. In the venue, GOMA will give sound massage event which is the collaboration of Yoga and dijurido.
