The Taro Okamoto Award for Contemporary Art (a.k.a. TARO Award), which honors the next generation of artists to carry on the legacy of Taro Okamoto, has announced the winners.
The Award received 616 entries, of which 24 were selected.
The winner of the grand prize, the Taro Okamoto Award, was Chifu Onishi, an active high school student.
The exhibition of the selected works will be held until April 11 (Sun.). We hope you will take a look at the works of these 24 artists who will lead the next generation.
